Privacy policy

This site describes Westmont Sterling's program for cleaning companies in Phoenix. It collects as little as a website can.

What this site does not do

• It sets no cookies.
• It runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and loads nothing from other companies' servers.
• It has no forms. Nothing you type on this site is sent anywhere.

What the hosting company may record

Like any web host, the company that serves these pages may keep standard server logs, such as the IP address, browser type, page requested and time of the request, to run and secure its service. We do not use those logs for advertising, and we do not combine them with anything else.

When you apply or work with us

If you email partners@partnerwithwestmont.com or call (619) 576-2390, we receive what you send: your company details, contact details and message. If we go on together, we also receive your insurance certificate, W-9 and the Arizona forms. We use this only to assess your application, to sign and run the subcontract, to pay you, and to keep business and tax records.

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only where the work needs it, for example your company name with the client on a job you accept, or the details on your W-9 in the tax filings the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing partners@partnerwithwestmont.com. We will keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as tax forms and payment records.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
