- Photo proof that protects you against "you never came" and scope creep. Every job has a written work order, and out-of-scope requests come back to us as change orders priced by you.
- A written cure period and a written reason before anything changes.
- Optional: help improving your own Google Business Profile, which you keep owning.
What we ask
- Commercial general liability insurance with Westmont, and later the client on each job, named as additional insured, sent by your agent. Workers' comp where it is required. In Arizona, the §23-1601 declaration and the §23-902(D) agreement.
- Photos and the checklist in the app on every visit. Arrive in the window, and fix photo-proven misses inside the window.
- Water recovery or drain blocking on every wash, to keep wash water out of Phoenix storm drains.
- Cleaning-only scope, unless you hold an Arizona ROC licence and sign a separate contract for sealing or striping.
- On site, introduce yourselves truthfully as "Westmont's local service partner".
- Don't take the accounts we bring you direct during the term and for 12 months after. We don't approach your own customers. Both ways.

Paperwork
Your agent sends the insurance certificate. You send a W-9, proof of workers' comp where required and, in Arizona, the §23-1601 and §23-902(D) forms. You show us how you recover wash water.

The subcontract
We both sign the subcontract, which an attorney reviews before anyone signs it.

Each job comes with a written work order. You do the work, send the photos, and are paid on the dates above.
What we never do
- Ask your crew to pose as our employees
- Charge you to get work
- Pay you late because we were paid late
- Drop you without a written reason and a chance to fix it
